Respect, awe, and curiosity for the human experience has led me along a fascinating journey of anatomy, spirit, patience, and play. Beginning with my own need for something new, the healing practices I offer are the same that have helped me to  soothe my nervous system, uncover patterns, befriend chronic pain, and express my feelings vulnerably and mindfully. They are the ones that have helped me explore my reality, hopes, dreams, grief, and body. They have connected me with others, with nature, and with myself.  It is an ongoing process of learning and sharing and it's my deepest gratitude to be able to  be on this part of the journey with you.

Love Play Grow has evolved so much over the years. Beginning as a massage practice in Westchester NY in 2015, expanding to offer yoga classes and reiki, moving to Vermont and hosting women's gatherings, sacred ceremonies, retreats, and more. I am so grateful to have had these experiences and the learning that came with them. Grateful for the moments of community and connection.

For now my focus is settling on deepening the experiences of 1 on 1 sessions. Opening to Spirit and noticing what flows and follows.
